Must Have A Minimum Shelf Life Of 6 (Six) Months From The Date Of Delivery. Quality Beef (Boneless Beef) - Solid, With Low Fat Content, Without Ribs, Cartilage And Preservatives. Frozen, Clean, With Appearance Specific To The Species, Not Softened, Not Sticky, Color Specific To The Species, Without Greenish Or Brownish Stains, Own Odor. The Cut Must Be Characteristic Of The Piece In Accordance With The Standard Described In Ordinance No. 5/88. The Product Must Be Frozen At A Temperature Of -12°C (Minus Twelve Degrees) To -18°C (Negative Eighteen Degrees). Preferably Vacuum Packed In Crystal Plastic, 3 To 5 Kg. The Packaging Must Externally Contain The Manufacturers Identification Data, Origin, Nutritional Information, Expiration Date, Batch Number And Product Quantity, Registration Number With The Ministry Of Agriculture/Sif/Dipoa And Sif Inspection Stamp.
