The Subject Of The Investment Are Construction Works Consisting Of, Among Others: On The Renovation Of The Facade, Dismantling Window Grilles, Repairing The Facade Walls, Repairing The Facade Cornices, Repairing The Plinth And The Driveway For The Disabled, Repairing The Balcony Surface, Sheet Metal Work, Cleaning And Repainting The Steel Gate, Replacing Some Windows, Replacing The External Doors Of The Building At Ul. Gnieźnieńska 4 In Janowiec Wielkopolski2. The Subject Of The Order Is Described In Detail In The Following Documents: 1) Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Technical Design - Construction Works Consisting In The Renovation Of The Facade Of The Building At Ul. Gnieźnieńska 4 In Janowiec Wielkopolski; 2) Annex No. 1A To The Swz - Facade Projections, Site Plan, List Of Window Joinery.3) Annex No. 2 To Swz - Detailed Technical Specifications For Acceptance And Execution Of Works;4) Annex No. 3 To Swz - Bill Of Quantities;5) Annex No. 4 To Swz - Traffic Organization Design;6) Annex Dwg.3. Signage In Accordance With The Traffic Organization Design On The Contractors Side. It Is The Contractors Responsibility To Provide Signs And Barriers That Will Be Used In Connection With The Planned Works. The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain The Road Managers Permission By Way Of An Administrative Decision To Temporarily Occupy The Road And Pay A Fee For Occupying The Road. The Contractor May Entrust The Execution Of Part Of The Order To Subcontractors. A Detailed Description Is Included In Chapter 24 Of Swz.6. In Order To Confirm Compliance With The Conditions For Participation In The Proceedings, The Contractor May Rely On The Technical Or Professional Abilities Or Financial Or Economic Situation Of Third Parties, In Accordance With The Principles Set Out In Art. 118–123 Of The Public Procurement Law. In Order To Prepare An Offer, The Contractor Is Obliged To Read The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And To Visit The Site Before Submitting The Offer.
