The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of The General Plan Of The City Of Ostrów Mazowiecka And The Development Strategy Of The City Of Ostrów Mazowiecka For The Years 2026-2035. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Preparation Of A General Plan: A. The Legal Basis For The Development Of The General Plan Is Resolution No. Xvi/151/2025 Of The City Council Of Ostrów Mazowiecka Of September 17, 2025 On The Commencement Of The Preparation Of The General Plan Of The City Of Ostrów Mazowiecka.B. Preparation Of An Urban Inventory Presenting The Spatial Conditions Of The Study Area, Constituting A Source Of Starting Materials And Analyses, C. Development Of The General Plan Of The City Of Ostrów Mazowiecka In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Pizp Act, As Well As The Implementing Provisions Of This Act And Other Legal Acts Regulating The Issues Of Spatial Planning And Development. D. The Provisions Of The Draft Plan Should Be Formulated In An Unambiguous Manner That Excludes The Possibility Of Any Interpretation.E. Material And Financial Schedules (Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Contract) Define The Scope Of Work. The Parts Specified In The Schedule Are Subject To Separate Acceptance And Settlement. F. Conducting A Strategic Environmental Impact Assessment, Including Preparing A Forecast Of The Environmental Impact Of The Draft Plan In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of October 3, 2008 On The Provision Of Information On The Environment And Its Protection, Public Participation On Environmental Protection And On Environmental Impact Assessments, And Preparing The Summary And Justification Referred To In Art. 42 And Art. 55 Section 3 Of The Act On The Provision Of Information On The Environment And Its Protection, Public Participation In Environmental Protection And On Environmental Impact Assessments, D. Participation In Public Consultations Regarding The Draft General Plan In Accordance With Art. 8 And The Pizp.E. Act. Preparing Documentation Of Planning Works In Paper And Electronic Versions In Accordance With § 7 Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 8, 2023 On The Draft General Plan Of The Commune, Documenting Planning Works In The Scope Of This Plan And Issuing Extracts And Drawings From It. F. Representing The Ordering Party At Sessions Of The Ostrów Mazowiecka City Council, At Meetings Of The Ostrów Mazowiecka City Council Committees, At Meetings Of The Municipal Urban Planning And Architectural Commission, As Well As During The Presentation Of The Draft Plan For Public Inspection And At Other Meetings The Need For Which Will Arise During The Procedure And The Implementation Of The Task In The Cases And Dates Indicated By The Ordering Party.G. During The Guarantee And Warranty Period, The Contractor (Without Additional Remuneration) Is Obliged To Substantively Participate In The Procedures For Resolving Appeals To The Administrative Court Regarding The Resolution On The General P
