The Contractor, On His Own And At His Own Expense: 1) Will Provide Surveying, Geological And Geotechnical Services; 2) Will Perform All Measurements, Tests, Calculations And Expert Opinions Needed For The Proper Development Of Technical Documentation; 3) Will Obtain All Consents (Including For The Occupation Of Real Estate For Carrying Out Construction Works Enabling The Ordering Party To Sign A Declaration On The Right To Use The Real Estate For Construction Purposes), Conditions, Opinions, Permits, Decisions And Arrangements Necessary For The Proper Design And Implementation Of The Investment And Required To Obtain A Decision Administrative Document Constituting A Building Permit. 6.
