Work Detail
1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Titled: Modernization Of The Sports Complexes Moje Boisko-Orlik 2012 In Rybno And Kostkowo In The Gniewino Commune. The Task Is Co-Financed By The Fund For The Development Of Physical Culture, Managed By The Minister Of Sport And Tourism. The Scope Of The Investment Includes The Preparation Of Appropriate Design Documentation Along With The Required Arrangements And Permits, As Well As The Performance Of Renovation Works Consisting Of: • Orlik Rybno: A) Works Demolition Of The Locker Room Building And Its Disposal, B) Delivery And Assembly Of A New Container Building And A Utility Shelter - Buildings With The Total Volume Of The Demolished Locker Room, Forming One Block With The Same Façade Colors, C) Construction Of A Gravity Connection Section For The Sanitary Sewage System, D) Replacement Of The Pitch Surface With Artificial Grass, E) Replacement Of The Polyurethane Surface Of The Pitch, F) Replacement Of Cables And Fixtures For Pitch Lighting. Orlik Kostkowo: A) Replacement Of The Pitch With Artificial Grass, B) Replacement Of The Polyurethane Surface Of The Pitch. 2. Reason For Not Dividing The Order Into Parts Due To: - Technical Risk And Warranty Liability: The Modernization Of Two Pitches Covers A Similar Scope Of Work. Entrusting These Tasks To One Contractor Ensures Full Technological Consistency Of Materials And Uniform Workmanship Standards In The Event Of Systemic Defects In Both Facilities, Having One Guarantor Eliminates The Risk Of Competence Disputes And Enables More Efficient Enforcement Of Warranty And Guarantee Claims, Which Is Crucial For Maintaining The Durability Of The Project. - Economic Efficiency: Combining The Modernization Of Two Facilities Into One Order Allows For Cost Optimization. By Purchasing Materials In Larger Quantities, The Contractor Is Able To Obtain More Favorable Rates From Manufacturers, Which Directly Translates Into A Lower Offer Price. Moreover, Logistic Costs Are Minimized, As In The Case Of Two Separate Ones Proceedings Would Burden The Ordering Partys Budget Twice. - Spending Of Funds From The Subsidy: The Investment Is Co-Financed By The Program Of The Ministry Of Sport And Tourism And Guarantees Timely Completion Of The Entire Project. - Excessive Organizational Difficulties: Division Of The Order Into Parts. Would Force The Ordering Party To Engage Additional Human Resources For Parallel Supervision Of Two Different Contracts, Separate Construction Councils And Acceptance Procedures. Taking Into Account The Identical Nature Of Work On Both Fields, Coordination Of The Activities Of Two Different Entities Would Be Ineffective And Would Generate Unjustified Administrative Costs.
