The Subject Of The Order Is Conservation Renovation Of A Farm Building At Ul. Zielonogórska In Kożuchów, Plot No. 308/6 And 311 A Three-Story L-Shaped Farm Building, Partly With A Basement, Made Of Stone (In The Lower Part) And Full Ceramic Brick (The Rest Of The Building), Without Insulation, With Two Plastered Facades, External Walls Thick. Approx. 30-50Cm (The Wall Thickness On The Slope Side Is Greater On The Lowest Floor). A Gable Roof Covered With Ceramic Tiles, Limited By Gable Walls, With A Ceramic Cornice Under The Eaves. Wooden Rafter Roof Truss With Collar Beams And Wind Beams. Currently Used As A Farm Building. Characteristic Technical Parameters Of The Existing Facility: - Building Area: ~ 105 M2 - Volume: ~ 700 M3 - Height: Approx. 5.3 M (From The Entrance Level To The Top Of The Roof), Approx. 8.9 M (From The Lowest Point Of The Facade To The Top Of The Roof) - Length Approx. 18 M - Width Approx. 5 M (Narrower Part) 8 M (Wider Part) - Number Floors: 3, Including: 2 Above-Ground Floors (The Upper One Is Not Usable), 1 Basement Floor. The Building Is Not Currently Equipped With Any Utilities. The Scope Of Work Includes: - Renovation, Protection And Maintenance Of The Walls Of The Farm Building, - Renovation And Reconstruction Of The Gable Wall, - Renovation And Reconstruction Of The Roof Truss. Outbuilding: Preparatory And Demolition Works: Expose Inaccessible Truss Elements, Remove Board Floors, Soffits, Remove Secondary Partition Walls. Clean Structural Elements And Replace Ceilings If Necessary. Remove The Roof Covering Along With The Formwork, Battens And Counter-Battens. Repair: 1. Replacement Of The Truss, Remove Damaged And Biologically Infected, Rotten Elements Of The Truss. Replace The Eroded Truss Elements With New Ones Using Impregnated Coniferous Wood, While Maintaining The Existing Structural System And Its Operational Parameters. After Ensuring Access To The Damaged Elements, The Wall Crown Should Be Secured. Install A Reinforced Concrete Ring 24X24cm (4X14 Reinforcement, 6 Stirrups Every 30Cm). After Repairing The Damaged And Removing The Infected Elements, The Truss Should Be Impregnated Against Biological Corrosion (Fungi And Insects).2. Repair Of A Cracked Wall. Rebuild The Cracked Gable Wall And Anchor It With A New Roof Truss. The Cracks In The Walls Below (Walls 0/4B) Should Be Anchored (Suggested Use Of Helifix Rods). Rebuild The Damaged Parts Of The Cornices And The Window Lintel On The South-Eastern Façade. Repair And Replacement Of The Roof Covering. The Project Involves Replacing The Roof Covering With Plain Tiles. After Removing The Covering, The Preserved Roof Tiles Should Be Assessed And, If Possible, The Covering Should Be Recreated Using The Original Roof Tiles Supplemented With Demolition Roof Tiles Of Similar Dimensions Or Made To Measure. Protection Of Brick Gables And Cornices. During The Works, The Brick Gables In The North-Western Façade Should Be Protected Against Damage. After Ensuring Access To
