Ordering Partys Requirements: 1) The Center Where The Scientific Conference Will Be Held Should Be Located Within 35 Km From The Ordering Partys Headquarters, I.E. Ul. Konarskiego 2, Siedlce;2) The Center Must Have Experience In Organizing Scientific Conferences (The Condition Will Be Met When The Center Demonstrates The Organization Of At Least 2 Conferences Or Seminars In The Last 3 Years);3) The Center Should Provide Free Parking For Participants Arriving By Their Own Means Of Transport;4) The Center Should Have Green Areas Enabling Walking, Or There Should Be Forest Areas Near The Center Accessible To Participants;5) The Facility Must Be Closed To Others For The Duration Of The Conference;6) The Center Should Provide A Country Table With Cold Meats (Sausage, Ham, Ham, Pâté, Approx. 2 Kg Each), Cheese And Other Products, I.E. Dark And Light Bread, Home-Made Lard Approx. 1 Kg, Low-Salt Cucumbers Approx. 3 L, Horseradish; 7) The Center Should Provide A Place For A Bonfire Or Barbecue (A Special Area Adapted For Feasting); 8) The Center Providing Services Should Have A Conference Room That Can Accommodate 45-50 People At A Time); 9) The Conference Room Should Be Equipped With Tables And Chairs For Each Participant And With Audiovisual Equipment: A Multimedia Projector With An Hdmi Connection (With A Guarantee Of Good Quality Of The Displayed Image), A Laptop, A Screen And A Sound System. 10) The Hotel, Restaurant, Conference Room And Place For A Bonfire And Barbecue Should Be Located In One Complex; 11) The Ordering Party Does Not Specify The Level Of Categorization Of The Hotel Where The Scientific Conference Will Be Held, And The Contractor Must Provide 40 Accommodation Places (Single Rooms For 20 Participants And Double Rooms For 20 Participants). Rooms For Participants Should Be Equipped With A Bathroom (Towel, Hygiene Products), Tv And Wifi. 2.
