The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Technical Documentation For The Reconstruction And Expansion Of The Office Building Of The Czarne Człuchowskie Forest District In Czarne, Together With The Spatial Development Of Plots No. 134 And 135 And Obtaining The Permits Required By Law (Hereinafter Also Referred To As Design And Cost Estimate Documentation), Along With Authors Supervision Over The Implementation Of Construction Works Performed On The Basis Of The Design Documentation That Is The Subject Of This Order. Whenever The Order Documents Refer To Design And Cost Estimate Documentation, It Should Also Be Understood As Obtaining All Legally Required Permits Necessary For The Implementation Of The Investment, Including The Construction Permit. The Scope Of The Order Is The Development Of Full And Comprehensive Design And Cost Estimate Documentation And Obtaining The Legally Required Permits And Arrangements For The Investment Task Consisting In The Reconstruction And Expansion Of The Existing Administrative Building Of The Czarne Człuchowskie Forest District, Located In Czarne At Ul. Długa 2 Along With The Spatial Development Of Plots No. 134 And 135. The Subject Of The Order Is Divided Into Two Tasks: A) Task I, Including The Development Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation In Accordance With The Requirements Of Swz, Terms And Conditions Of The Contract And Other Procurement Documents, As Well As Obtaining Permits Required By Law; B) Task Ii, Including Authors Supervision Over The Implementation Of Construction Works, Based On The Prepared Design Documentation.
