If The Design Documentation Would Indicate Trademarks, Patents Or Origin In Relation To Certain Materials Or Devices, The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Article 99(5) Or Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law Allows Offering Equivalent Materials Or Devices With Quality Parameters And Functional Features At Least At The Level Of The Parameters Of The Indicated Product.
