The Scope Of The Project Includes:1. Renovation And Modernization Of The Rpn2 Educational And Museum Center. Construction Of A Multisensory Path3. Construction Of A Path In The Treetops4. Construction Of An Observation Tower On The Route Of The Historical And Nature Trail To Polak Hill4.1. The Scope Of Services Includes: Supervision Of The Implementation Of Construction Projects And Ongoing Technical Control Of Construction Sites In The Project Titled: New Horizons Of Education In The Roztocze National Park. By Performing The Function Of Contract Engineer Over The Implementation Of The Investment, The Ordering Party Understands A Service Consisting In Particular Of: 1. Representing The Ordering Party (Investor) On The Construction Site, 2. Providing A Team Manager, As Well As Investor Supervision Inspectors And Specialists (Construction Supervision Inspector, Electrical Works Supervision Inspector, Sanitary Works Supervision Inspector, Telecommunications Supervision Inspector, Road Supervision Inspector And Land Development And Greenery Inspector) With Appropriate Authorizations To Conduct Supervisions Together With With Coordinating Their Work, 3. Preparation Of Construction Settlements, 4. Participation In Investor Acceptance, 5. Verification Of As-Built Documentation, 6. Supervision Of The Implementation Of The Agreement With The Construction Contractor. The Contract Engineer Monitors The Schedule, Controls The Quality Of Work, Manages Risk, Cooperates With Contractors And Resolves Any Disputes Arising During The Implementation Of Executive Contracts. Its Main Role Is To Ensure Constant Technical And Substantive Supervision Over The Implementation Of Construction Works In Accordance With Construction Designs, Executive Contracts, Technical Specifications, Construction Standards And Legal Regulations.4.2.
