The Subject Of The Order Includes The Delivery, Implementation And Configuration Of Interconnected Cybersecurity Solutions, Including Dlp And Nac Systems, A Backup System, An Open Source Siem System, An It Infrastructure Monitoring System, And Network Segmentation And Training Services.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) Is Included In Annex No. 7 To The Terms Of Reference.4. The Task Was Carried Out As Part Of The Cybersecure Local Government Project. Implemented Under The European Funds For Digital Development 2021-2027 (Ferc), Priority Ii: Advanced Digital Services, Measure 2.2. – Strengthening The National Cybersecurity System.5. The Ordering Party, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Public Procurement Law, Allows The Contractor To Use Equivalent Materials/Solutions Indicated In The Terms Of Reference And In The Detailed Technical Specification Attached Thereto, Which Meet The Applicable Standards And Requirements. The Ordering Party Reserves That Wherever Trademarks, Patents Or The Origin Of Materials/Devices Are Indicated In The Documentation Constituting The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, They Should Be Treated As Sample Proposals. The Offer May Include Methods, Materials, Etc. From Other Brands And Manufacturers, But With Quality Parameters And Performance And Functional Properties Corresponding To The Methods, Materials, Devices, Etc.
