1. The Subject Of The Study Is Design Documentation Prepared In Accordance With The Act Of April 10, 2003 On Special Rules For The Preparation And Implementation Of Investments In The Field Of Public Roads (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 311) For The Project Consisting In The Reconstruction Of Public Road No. 200015G By Building A Sidewalk With A Length Of Approximately 1,440 M, Located Next To Road Plots No.: 153/1, 154/2, 392/2, 36/1 (Turze District) In Accordance With Annex No. 4 To Swz. The Planned Investment Will Consist In The Construction Of A Sidewalk Made Of Paving Stones, The Construction And Reconstruction Of Existing Exits And The Construction Of Passing Bays. The Designers Tasks Will Include Permanent Traffic Organization. The Remuneration Should Include Costs Related To The Possible Need To Obtain Decisions: Environmental, Water Law Or Permitting To Conduct Archaeological Research. The Ordering Party Additionally Stipulates That The Valuation Should Include Possible Costs Of Preparing Documentation In The Event Of The Need To Prepare Industry-Specific Documentation Related To The Need To Reconstruct Underground Utilities. The Designers Duties Will Include Submitting The Road Route Concept To The Ordering Party For Approval Within 40 Business Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, Along With Providing Its Estimated Value. The Designer Must Include In The Valuation Solutions For Managing Water From The Investment Area.
