Tenders Are Invited For Maintenance Services For Air Conditioning And Refrigeration Systems In The Facilities Of The Pomeranian Medical University In Szczecin

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services Including The Maintenance Of Air Conditioning And Refrigeration Systems By Carrying Out Ongoing, Regular Work In The Field Of Servicing, System Operation, Ad Hoc And Periodic Inspections, As Well As Providing Services Related To The Removal Of Faults In The Event Of System Failure, And The Protection Of The Ordering Partys Strategic Equipment Against Possible Damage Resulting From The Failure. In Addition, The Order Also Includes The Provision Of Renovation Or Adaptation Services For Air Conditioning And Refrigeration Systems, Aimed At Adapting The Rooms By Ensuring Appropriate Temperature Conditions To The Needs Of The Ordering Party. 2. The Works Covered By The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Scope Of Services Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order In Two Scopes, I.E.: 1) Maintenance - Performance Of Service Services, Replacement Of Worn-Out Or Faulty Elements, Protection In The Event Of Failure, Servicing Of Air-Conditioning And Refrigeration Systems Performed On An Ongoing Basis, On Systems In The Ordering Partys Facilities, Settled On A Monthly Lump Sum; 2) Renovation Or Adaptation Services - Installation And Assembly Services, Including Commissioning Of Air-Conditioning And Cooling Systems Refrigeration, Performed On The Basis Of Orders Placed By The Ordering Party And Settled On The Basis Of As-Built Cost Estimates.3. The Works Will Be Performed Within The Buildings And Real Estate Areas Specified In Opz.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Annexes To The Swz: 1) No. 1 - Contract Template, 2) No. 2 - Description Of The Subject Of The Order.
