B) The Ordering Party Described The Subject Of The Order Using: Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Ppu) Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz And The Material Scope With Annexes Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz, Price Table For The Location Of Pedestrian Crossings Constituting Annex No. 12 To The Swz And Graphic Attachments Constituting Annex No. 13 To The Swz. C) Required Quality Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Contract: The Minimum Warranty Period Is 24 Months And The Maximum Warranty Period Is 36 Months. Offers Containing A Warranty Period Shorter Than 24 Months Will Be Rejected. D) The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ Persons Performing Activities Related To The Execution Of The Order On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship.
