3. Description Of The Subject Of The Order 3.1. The Order Concerns The Insurance Of The Mieroszów Commune And Organizational Units In The Scope Of Property And Civil Liability Insurance. 3.2. Property Insurance Protection Applies To Both Your Own Property And The Property Of Third Parties Used On The Basis Of Civil Law Contracts And Other Titles Resulting In The Risk Of Loss Or Damage To Property Borne By The Insured Person. 3.3. Insurance Coverage Will Be Provided To The Insured Entities Through The Following Insurance Contracts (Types): 3.3.1. Property Insurance According To The All Risks Formula In The Scope Of Natural Risks And The Risks Of Burglary, Robbery And Vandalism; 3.3.2. Insurance Of Electronic Equipment According To The All Risks Formula; 3.3.3. Civil Liability Insurance Covering Risks Incurred In Connection With The Business And Property Held; 3.3.4. And Other Additional And Supplementary Insurance. 3.4. The Data, Information And Documents Contained In The Swz Content Are Intended Solely For Use In Preparing The Offer And Cannot Be Used For Any Other Purpose Or Made Available To Third Parties, Unless It Is Necessary For The Preparation Of The Offer And Participation In The Proceedings. 3.5. In Accordance With The Regulations Of The Act Of September 11, 2015 On Insurance And Reinsurance Activities (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1526), The Contractor Is Obliged To Maintain Confidentiality Of All Data, Information And Documents Obtained In Connection With Participation In These Proceedings. 3.6. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 7 To The Swz And Annexes No. 8-13 To The Swz, Which, Pursuant To Art. 280 Section 3 Of The Act On Public Procurement Law Constitute A Confidential Part Of The Swz. 3.7. Confidential Information May Be Obtained By The Contractor By Submitting An Application According To The Template Provided In Annex No. 6 To The Swz. 3.8. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Ordering Party Decided Not To Divide The Order Into Parts, As The Division Into Tasks Would Be Unfavorable For The Ordering Party. Pursuant To Art. 91 Section 2 Of The Act On Public Procurement, The Ordering Party Indicates That The Subject Of The Order Includes Insurance Services Commonly Offered On The Market, And That The Contractors Authorization To Perform Them Is A Market Standard Among Insurers, Therefore The Lack Of Division Into Parts Does Not Restrict Competition Or Prevent Potential Contractors From Participating In The Proceedings. Contractors Operate On A Regulated Market (Specific Capital Requirements, Licensed Activities, Supervision By The Polish Financial Supervision Authority), So The Size Of The Undivided Contract Does Not, In Principle, Impede Access To The Contract.
