Regarding Technical And Technological Documentation Of Selected Elements Of Foresters Uniforms According To Regulation Of The Minister Of The Environment Of December 19, 2017 On Patterns Of Foresters Uniforms And Signs For Persons Authorized To Wear Them - Constituting A Description Of The Subject Of The Contract In Proceedings For The Supply Of Uniform Grades. (Reference: Ez.240.4.2024)2) Ordinance No. 53 Of The Director General Of The State Forests Of June 23, 2025 On Technical And Technological Documentation Of Selected Elements Of Foresters Uniforms According To The Regulation Of The Minister Of The Environment Of December 29, 2017 On Patterns Of Foresters Uniforms And Signs For Persons Authorized To Wear Them - Constituting The Starting Material For Preparing The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract In Proceedings For The Supply Of Grades Uniforms (Reference: Ez.240.4.2024);3) Regulation Of The Minister Of The Environment Of December 29, 2017 On Patterns Of Foresters Uniforms And Signs For Persons Authorized To Wear Them (Journal Of Laws Of 2017, Item 2466, As Amended),4) Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of August 6, 2025 On Patterns Of Uniforms Forester And Signs For Persons Authorized To Wear Them (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 567). The Above-Mentioned Legal Acts Constitute Annexes (Respectively) 1, 2, 3 And 4 To Swz.2. The Order Covered By These Proceedings Will Be Implemented Successively Throughout The Entire Period Covered By The Contract By Providing The Required Uniform Elements By The Contractor At The Stationary Supply Point At Its Disposal. A Supply Point Is Understood As A Room Or A Set Of Rooms In A Building Where: 1) The Usable Area Intended For Customer Service Is Not Less Than 50 M², 2) It Is Possible To Maintain A Constant Temperature In The Range Of 20 - 26°C, 3) At Least One Fitting Room Is Provided To Ensure Privacy For Customers, 4) It Is Possible To Use The Toilet, 5) The Opening Time Is At Least 7 Hours On Working Days (Temporary Closure Is Allowed Point By The Contractor For A Period Not Exceeding 15 Business Days During The Term Of The Contract).3.
