The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Cleaning Services For The Building Of The Theater. Jana Kochanowskiego In Opole – Plac Teatralny 12, 45-056 Opole. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Basic Scope And The Optional Scope Constituting Additional Services. The Basic Scope Of The Order Includes Cleaning Of Permanent, Repetitive Parts Indicated In Table No. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 Of The List Of Rooms With The Area And Description, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Opz, In Accordance With The Type Of Activities Indicated In Table No. 1, 2, 3 Contained In The Detailed List Of Cleaning Activities And Frequency, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Opz, And Ensuring Appropriate Equipment, Tools And Technical Devices For Cleaning, As Well As Cleaning Products, Hygiene And Disinfection Materials And Garbage Bags. The Subject Of The Order In The Optional Scope, Reserved By The Ordering Party Pursuant To Art. 441 Section 1 Of The Pzp, As Part Of The Possibility Of Exercising The Option Right, Includes The Provision Of Additional Services Including Cleaning Of Variable Parts Specified In Table No. 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 Of The List Of Rooms With The Area And Description, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Opz, In Accordance With The Type Of Activities Indicated In Table No. 4, 5, 6 Contained In The Detailed List Of Cleaning Activities And Frequency, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Opz, And Ensuring Appropriate Equipment, Tools And Technical Devices For Cleaning, As Well As Cleaning Products, Hygiene And Disinfection Materials And Garbage Bags. The Optional Scope Indicated Above Constitutes The Maximum Scope Of The Reserved Option Right. At The Same Time, The Price Form, Constituting Annex No. 2A To The Swz, Specifies The Maximum Level Of Exercise Of The Option Right By The Ordering Party In Relation To Each Of The Indicated Variants. The Option Right May Be Exercised By The Ordering Party In Stages/Partially During The Order Execution Period. All Additional Services Are Priced Individually By The Contractor In The Price Form Constituting Annex No. 2A To The Swz. The Given Net Prices Are Binding And Unchanged Throughout The Entire Order Execution Period. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Order Additional Services According To Current Needs - Without The Obligation To Use Them Under The Terms Specified In The Draft Contractual Provisions Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz.
