The Subject Of The Order Is: Conducting Awareness And Specialist Training Covering 8 Areas Of Accessibility For Management Staff, Teaching And Administrative Staff And Representatives Of The Student And Doctoral Structures Of The Wrocław University Of Environmental And Life Sciences, Together With A Catering Service During Training, For The Implementation Of The Project Comprehensive Accessibility Ecosystem At The Wrocław University Of Environmental And Life Sciences - Contract No. Fers.03.01-Ip.08-0165/24-00 – Task No. 8.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Preparation Of The Program And Training Materials, Taking Into Account The Needs Of The Participants, In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Instructions, Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Accessibility Standards Specified In The Guidelines On Equality Principles For Eu Funds 2021-2027.2) Conducting A Series Of Training Courses Including: • Awareness Training: 4 Groups With An Average Of 15 People Each (University Employees) And 2 Groups With An Average Of 20 People Each (Representatives Of Student Structures And Doctoral Students),• Training In University Management From An Accessibility Perspective: 1 Group With An Average Of 20 People.• Training In The Use Of Plain Language: 4 Groups With An Average Of 15 People Each.• Training In Equality Issues: 2 Groups With An Average Of 15 People Each.• Training In The Issues Of Mental Health Crisis: 4 Groups With An Average Of 15 People Each.• Training In The Evacuation Of People With Disabilities: 1 Group With An Average Of 15 People.• Architectural Accessibility Training: 1 Group With An Average Of 15 People.• Training In Preparing Digitally Accessible Presentations And Materials: 4 Groups With An Average Of 15 People Each.• Training In Conducting Classes For People With Various Disabilities, Including The Autism Spectrum, Etc.: 4 Groups With An Average Of 15 People Each.3) Providing A Catering Service During Each Training In The Form Of A Continuous Coffee Break For All Participants Of A Given Stationary Training, During The Training Hours.4) Developing The Pre And Post Test And Conducting It Among Participants Of Each Training Before Its Commencement And After Its Completion.5) Issuing Personal Certificates Or Attestations In Paper Form, Confirming That Participants Have Completed A Given Training.6) Granting A License To The Ordering Party.3. The Aim Of The Training Is To Improve Participants Competences In Ensuring Accessibility At The Wrocław University Of Environmental And Life Sciences And Supporting People With Special Needs, Including People With Disabilities.
