The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Catering Services Consisting In The Preparation And Delivery Of Meals For 20 Participants Of The Senior Home As Part Of The Project Entitled Social Activation Of Older People At Risk Of Social Exclusion In The Grybów Commune.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Provision Of Catering Services Consisting In The Preparation And Delivery Of Ready Meals In Accordance With The Requirements Contained In Annex No. 4 To The Swz. Description Of The Subject Of The Order. All Meals Should Be Prepared From Fresh, High-Quality Products In Accordance With Applicable Standards And Legal Regulations. The Contractor Will Prepare Meals In Accordance With The Principles Set Out In The Act Of August 25, 2006 On Food And Nutrition Safety, Together With The Implementing Provisions Of This Act And The Nutrition Standards And Recommendations Of The Institute Of Food And Nutrition, As Well As The Recommendations Of The Chief Sanitary Inspector And The Institute Of Food And Nutrition On The Food Standards That Apply In Mass Catering Establishments And The Health Quality Of Food, With Particular Emphasis On Recommendations Regarding: A) Equipment (Technical And Sanitary Condition Of Rooms And Devices), B) Staff (Necessary Medical Examinations), C) The Production Cycle And Its Individual Stages (Compliance With Sanitary And Hygienic Rules At Each Stage: Production Of Meals, Serving Of Meals, Storage And Warehousing Of Products, Transport Of Meals).
