Subject Of The Order: Sanitary Transport Of Patients Using Sanitary Transport Vehicles Meeting The Requirements Specified For S, P, T Type Vehicles Within The Meaning Of The Act On State Emergency Medical Services. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Sanitary Transport Services Understood As The Transport Of Patients (Transport In A Life-Threatening Condition, Consultations And Diagnostic Tests, Transfer Of The Patient To Another Healthcare Facility, Home Transport), 24 Hours A Day, 7 Days A Week During The Duration Of The Contract. The Price For A Given Transport Service Commissioned Within The Administrative Boundaries Of The City Of Łódź (Urban Transport) Will Consist Of The Sum Of The Products: The Unit Price For 1 Km And The Actual Kilometers Traveled And The Product Of The Unit Price For 1 Vehicle Hour And The Actual Vehicle Hours Performed. The Price For A Given Transport Service Ordered Outside The Administrative Boundaries Of The City Of Łódź (Extra-Urban Transport) Will Consist Of One Component: The Product Of The Unit Price Of 1 Kilometer And The Number Of Kilometers Traveled During Transport. The Price Of One Vehicle Hour For The Transport Indicated In The First Sentence (Urban Transport) Will Be Settled Every 15 Minutes, I.E. For Each Completed 15 Minutes, The Value Corresponding To 1/4 Of The Value Of A Vehicle Hour Is Due, And A Vehicle Hour Is A Unit Of Measurement Of The Time Of Involvement Of A Means Of Transport In Carrying Out The Transport, Calculated As The Difference Between The Moment Of Its Completion In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party And The Moment Of Its Commencement In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party.
