Cieszkowskiego 4, 76-100 Sławno,3) Number Of Hours: Up To 900 Hours (1 Hour, I.E. 60 Minutes) From The Date Of Signing The Contract Until The End Of December 2028, On Average 25 Hours Per Month.4) Scope Of Services: A) Qualifying Participants Based On Documents And An Interview To Participate In Support, B) Completing Project Participant Forms And Maintaining Therapeutic And Project Documentation, C) Providing Psychological Services, Including Assessment Of Cognitive, Emotional, Social And Behavioral Development, Development Of Individual Therapeutic Plans, Supporting Emotion Regulation, Reduction Of Impulsivity And Difficult Behavior, Training Of Social And Communication Skills, Building Self-Esteem And Childs Competences, D) Conducting Diagnosis Of The Childs Psychomotor Development, E) Conducting Diagnosis And Therapy Of Primary And Postural Reflexes Inpp, F) Providing Advice, Consultations And Cooperation With Parents/Guardians, Among Others Discussing The Progress Of Therapy, Educating About The Childs Difficulties, Conducting Consultations And Instructing Parents On Exercises To Work At Home,G) Cooperation With The District Advisor For The Therapeutic Center, The Director Of Pcpr In Sławno And Other Specialists At The Center,H) Participation In Working Meetings Conducted By The West Pomeranian Family Support Foundation Tęcza Serc In The Form Of Authors Care And, If Necessary, In Individual Meetings For Up To 40 Hours A Year,I) Participation In Periodic Teams Of Therapists From The Regional Diagnostic And Therapeutic Network, On Average Once Every Two Months, Approximately 2 Hours, One Meeting, J) Participation In Training To Improve Professional Qualifications Organized By, Among Others, West Pomeranian Family Support Foundation Tęcza Serc In Szczecin. Then, Conducting Therapy In Accordance With The Acquired Skills.
