Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Order1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Fisheries Management Services In The Dąbrowa Tarnowska Forest District In 2026.2) The Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Total Amount Of Works In The Field Of Fisheries Management Resulting From Annex No. 2 To The Swz, Which Consists Of: Annex No. 2.1. – Planned Size Of Works; Annex No. 2.2. - Detailed Scope Of Work According To Groups Of Activities, Activities And Locations; 3) The Scope Of Work Listed In The Annexes Included In Annex 2 Is Of An Estimated Nature. 4) Quality Standards Relating To All Significant Features Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Specified In Annex No. 3 To The Swz, Which Consists Of: Annex No. 3 Description Of The Standard Technology For Performing Forest Works In The Regional Directorate Of State Forests In Krakow, Adopted By Decision No. 43 Of The Regional Director State Forests Of August 14, 2024. The Detailed Description Of The Technology Standard For Performing Individual Forest Works (Activities) Specified In Annex No. 3 To The Swz Is The Basis For Determining The Quality Requirements Relating To The Elements Constituting The Subject Of The Order (Appendix No. 2 To The Swz). If The Activity Described In The Above Annexes Was Not Provided For In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Appendix No. 2 To The Swz), Then In This Respect The Provisions Of Annex No. 3.2. Does Not Apply To The Swz.5) Descriptions Of Activity Codes Describing Individual Forest Works (Activities) Included In The Subject Of The Order Are Described In Annex No. 3 To The Swz.6) The Description Of The Rules Of The Procedure For Accepting Forest Works Is Included In Annex No. 3 To The Swz.7) The Subject Of The Order Has Not Been Divided Into Parts.8) The Place Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be The Administrative Area Of The Dąbrowa Tarnowska Forest District.9) The Implementation Of The Works Included In The Subject Of The Order Will Be Took Place In The Area Of The Fishing Farm In Wierzchosławice.10) The Provisions Of Points 7 - 9 Do Not Prejudice The Ordering Partys Rights Arising From The Public Procurement Contract Template (Appendix No. Reducing Corrections, Increasing Corrections, Determining New Locations, As Well As Suspending The Activities Indicated In Point 4 | P A G E Of Individual Lines Of The Tables Describing The Subject Of The Order. Increasing Corrections Do Not Mean The Introduction Of New Works Not Covered By The Scope Of The Order, And Reducing Corrections Do Not Mean The Complete Abandonment Of Some Works.
