Community Mobilization and Engagement Support WDCs in planning and conducting weekly community mobilization sessions leveraging existing community platforms (Womens group, majalisa, savings groups, grandmothers circles, etc.) Facilitate bi-weekly Community Provider Dialogues (CPDs) in every supported community to gather feedback and improve service quality Ensure bi-weekly conversation sessions with religious and traditional leaders, with documented learnings and actions Create and manage WhatsApp groups for continuous engagement and follow-ups with WDCs 2. Mentoring and Supportive Supervision Utilize WDC meeting platforms to provide monthly structured mentoring and supportive supervision on tracking commodity availability, service uptake, and fund utilization Facilitate monthly peer-to-peer learning visits among WDCs and conduct quarterly feedback meetings and recognition events 3. Advocacy and Stakeholder Engagement Adapt and develop key advocacy messages and materials for MNCH+N, routine immunization, malaria, and HIV Support WDCs in mapping and line-listing key decision makers and influencers, analyzing stakeholder roles and interests Conduct advocacy with government officials, SMOH, SPHCDA, and other stakeholders to address service delivery bottlenecks Map existing emergency transport platforms (SEMSA/RESMAT, NURTW) and facilitate advocacy/entry meetings to address transport gaps 4.
