Location: Kigali The service provider shall perform the following activities Cleaning of all EAX warehouses, premises and offices. Payment shall be based on per person/Month Unloading grains during receiving (Rwf/Kg) Cleaning of Grains (Rwf/Kg) Weighing of Grains. (Rwf/Kg) Loading dryer (Rwf/Kg) Unloading dryer (Rwf/Kg) Stitching (Rwf/Kg) Re-bagging (Rwf/Kg) Stacking (Rwf/Kg) Helping in fumigation (Rwf/Kg) Grains rotations (Rwf/Kg) Loading grains Trucks during dispatch (Rwf/Kg) Helping sweep auger in silo during dispatching. Payment shall base on person/day. Helping in technical operations (stitching at Mayange, Dryers operations in Warehouses). Payment shall be based on person/day Waste collection at all EAX Warehouses. Payment shall base on Monthly performance. Note: Providing cleaning equipment and other cleaning items at EAX Warehouses (such as but not limited to toilet paper, liquid soap and Vim, Mops and Brooms). Costs shall be included in the cost of cleaning service. REQUIREMENTS RDB certificate Experience of at least 3 years in Loading and offloading. Experience in Loading and offloading of grains shall be added advantage. RRA TAX Clearance RSSB Clearance 2 certificates of good completion in Unloading, loading and cleaning services (Loading and offloading of grains shall be added advantage).
