Tenders are invited for Supply of Pharmacy Fridges, Medical Pharmacy Refrigerators, Pharmaceutical Fridge Thermometers, Wall-Mounted Thermometer & Hygrometers at King Faisal Hospital Rwanda. King Faisal Hospital Rwanda, hereinafter called funded by its budget towards the cost of Supply of Pharmacy Fridges, Medical Pharmacy Refrigerators, Pharmaceutical Fridge Thermometers, Wall-Mounted Thermometer & Hygrometers at King Faisal Hospital Rwanda Client intends to apply portion of the funds to eligible payments under the frame work contract for supply of Cartridges. King Faisal Hospital Rwanda is therefore inviting interested and qualified companies to submit bids for the Supply of the above mentioned equipment, as indicated in detail in the statement of requirements; Tender Documents in English may be obtained from the King Faisal Hospital Procurement Department from 08:30 to 17:00 hours, Monday to Friday, except on public holidays upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of 10,000 Rwf to the account No 6775021405 opened in ECOBANK, in the name of King Faisal Hospital, Rwanda. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of 1,500,000 Rwf duly signed and sealed by the guarantor (recognized Bank/Insurance Company). This bid security shall be valid until thirty days after the bid validity period.
