Ivvo Is An Intermunicipal Company That Represents 12 Municipalities With Approximately 145,000 Inhabitants. Ivvo Operates A Organic Waste Fermentation Plant In Ypres. This Installation Processes Organic Waste That Is Collected Door-To-Door. The Organic Waste Is Processed Via A Wet Mesophilic Fermentation. The Digestate From The Fermentation Is Processed In Post-Composting Into Compost That Meets The Vlaco Standards. The Project Concerns The Design And Realization Of The Optimization Of The Existing Digesters. For The Present Project (= Phase 2), A Capacity Expansion Is Not The Goal, But It Is To Increase Flexibility (Surface Area, Residence Time) In Processing The Existing Capacity. The Project Digester 3 (= Phase 2) Consists Of 1 Plot.
