With This Contract, The Contracting Authority Deals With The Acquisition Of Project Documentation, Implementation Documentation And Possibly Other Related Documents For The Revitalization Of The Multifunctional Building No. 735 In Hřbitovní Street In Libčice Nad Vltavou. At Present, The Building Serves As An Office Of The Police Of The Czech Republic, A Plant (Production Plant) Of The Company Ludvík S.R.O., Facilities (Warehouses) Of The Technical Services Of The City Of Libčice Nad Vltavou And Facilities For The Local Charitable Organization Šatnička Operated By The Los Association. On The Basis Of The Architectural Study, It Is Proposed To Adapt The Eastern Part Of The Building (Approx. ½ Of The Floor Plan Of The Building), Which Currently Houses The Operations Of Ludvík S.R.O. In Leased Premises, Into Two Combined Pediatric And One Gynecological Surgeries. The Current Operation Of Ludvík S.R.O. It Will Be Moved To The Premises Used By The Local Association For The Charity Community Locker Project. In Connection With The Proposed Modifications, The Facade And Roof Of The Entire Building Will Be Revitalized.
