The Purpose Of The Public Tender Is To Find Framework Contract Partners Who Will Organize Supporting Activities For Learning And Practicing The Estonian Language For Inmates In Tallinn Prison And Viru Prison Whose Mother Tongue Is Not Estonian During The Contract Period In A Suitable Environment: Language And Culture Cafes. The Purpose Of The Activity Is To Increase The Knowledge Of The Estonian Language, The Connection With The Estonian State And The Estonian Cultural Space, And To Improve The Competitiveness Of Coping In Society. The Object Of The Procurement Is One Of The Integration Activities Of The Esf+ Project (Tat Directive Language Training And Integration Activities For Prisoners).
