The Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Create A Substantive And Methodical Form Of Group Meetings Aimed At Parents, Which Are Conducted By Therapists Within Mdft. The Parenting Group Must Be Based On The Principles Of Developmental Psychology, Family Therapy (Including Multidimensional Family Therapy) And A Restorative Approach. The Purpose Of The Parenting Group Is To Support The Work Of Therapists And Supervisors With Parents By Offering Them A Structured Work Tool, A High-Quality Curriculum, A Reliable Evaluation Instrument For Determining Performance, And A Unified And Prepared Approach For Conducting Parenting Competency-Enhancing Groups. In Order To Motivate Parents To Participate In The Parenting Group, Short Videos Introducing The Format Of The Parenting Group And The Content Of The Meetings Will Be Created As Part Of The Procurement. In Addition, The Social Insurance Board Will Procure Training For The Preparation Of Group Managers As Part Of This Procurement.
