The Assignment Concerns The Delivery And Installation Of Playground And Sports Equipment Within The Framework Agreement In The Event Of, For Example, Solo Replacement, New Installation Of Playground And Sports Equipment, Realization Of New Playgrounds And Sports Areas And Redevelopment Of Playgrounds And Sports Areas. Fall Surfaces As Well As The Removal, Disposal And Subsequent Rendering Of The Environment In A Representative And Safe Manner Fall Within The Scope Of The Assignment. What Is Meant By Representative Will Be Specified Per Further Assignment. Playground Equipment Is Defined As: A Device Intended For Entertainment Or Relaxation In Which Only Gravity Or Human Physical Strength Is Used. Sports Equipment Is Defined As: Equipment For Use In Public Spaces, In The Field Of Sports And Games Applications. This Includes Outdoor Fitness, Fitness Equipment And Boot Camp Equipment.
