North Karelias Procurement Agency Requests An Offer For The Administration And Financial Audit Service For Kontiolahti Municipality In Accordance With The Municipal Act (410/2015) And For The Audit Service In Accordance With Kontiolahti Municipalitys Subsidiary Organizations Audit Act (1141/2015) For The Contract Period 1 August 2026 - 31 July 2030 And As An Option For One (1) Year + One (1) For The Year. The Procurement Applies To The Financial Years 2026-2029 And, As An Option, The Financial Years 2030 And 2031. The Offer Is Also Requested For The Duties Of The Secretary Of The Audit Board For Kontiolahti Municipality (Parent). The Offer Is Binding And Must Be Prepared In Finnish. The Entire Procurement Process Is In Finnish. The Service Must Comply With The Directly Binding Regulations Of The European Union, Finnish Laws And Regulations, And Regulations Issued By The Authorities.
