The Procurement Services Of The City Of Turku Are Requesting Offers For Building Condition Assessments For The Period 1 April 2026 - 31 March 2028, After Which The Contracts Can Be Extended By The Customers Written Decision With One (1) One-Year (1) Option For The Period 1 April 2028 - 31 March 2029. The Procurement Is Divided Into Four (4) Sub-Areas As Follows: Sub-Area 1 Small Buildings (Such As Kindergarten) Max. 3,500 M3 Sub-Area 2 Medium-Sized Buildings (Such As Schools And Large Kindergartens) 3,501–7,500 M3 Sub-Area 3 Large Buildings (Such As Large Schools, Sports Halls) 7,501–12,000 M3 Sub-Area 4 Large Buildings (Multi-Purpose Buildings, Football Halls And Ice Rinks, Etc.) > 12 000 M3 Framework Contracts Are Made For Procurement In All Areas With One (1) Supplier, For Which One (1) Substitute Supplier Is Selected. The Backup Supplier Will Basically Be Used In Situations Where The Primary Supplier Is Unable To Provide The Service, For Example Due To The Suppliers Delivery Ability, Lack Of Resources Or Similar Situations, Or The Suppliers Operation Is Contrary To The Contract. If The Delivery Capabilities Of The Primary Supplier Or The Backup Service Provider Are Insufficient, The Customer Reserves The Right To Use Suppliers Outside The Contract.
