The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes The Supply Of Net Electrical Energy For The Needs Of The Municipality Of Pernik And Inclusion In A Standard Balancing Group For A Period Of 24 Months With An Approximate Annual Consumption Of 11,494,312 Kwh. The Execution Of The Deliveries Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Law On Energy, The Rules For Trading In Electric Energy /Ptee/ And The Rules For Measuring The Quantity Of Electric Energy /Pikee/ And The Selected Contractor Shall: To Carry Out All The Necessary Actions For The Subsequent Registration Of The Contracting Authoritys Sites As An End Customer In The Free Electricity Market; To Carry Out All Necessary Actions To Change The Coordinator Of A Balancing Group According To Instruction No. 2 Of The (Electricity System Operator) Eso; To Carry Out Full Administration Of The Information Flow With The Licensed Electricity Distribution Enterprises (Edps) In The Territory Where The Measurement Points And The Electricity System Operator (Eso) Are Located And To Bear The Costs Of Imbalances. To Include The Employer As An Indirect Member Of Its Standard Balancing Group Under Ptee, Without The Employer Paying A Participation Fee; To Carry Out Subsequent Registration Of The Contracting Authoritys Sites Before The Eso, As An Active Member Of The Electricity Market; To Carry Out Energy Monitoring And Prepare Forecasts, Register Schedules That Are Notified (Registered) To Eso, In Which The Hourly Daily Net Amounts Of Active Electrical Energy Are Reflected; To Supply The Necessary Estimated Quantities Of Net Active Electrical Energy For All Tariff Zones (Peak, Day And Night) And Voltage Levels; To Prepare A Detailed Individual Analysis Of The Customers Characteristic Cargo Profile In Order To Assess Its Energy Efficiency; To Carry Out All Other Necessary Activities Related To The Participation Of The Employer In The Free Electricity Market, According To Ptee, Ze And Pikee.
