The Construction Of The Football Field Site Consists Of: - A Base Of Large Stone Fraction With A Thickness Of 30 Cm Laid On The Ground Base; - Drainage Permeable Layer With The Drainage System Located In It With A Thickness Of 50 Cm; - Geotextile Membrane Placed On The Drainage Layer; - Leveling Dynamic Drainage Layer Of Sand With A Thickness Of 10 Cm; - Artificial Turf. As A Result Of The Floods Due To The Heavy Rains At The Beginning Of October, Material Damage Was Caused To The Site. On The Basis Of The Performed Visual Inspection And The Provided Project Documentation, It Was Established: - The Artificial Turf Is Heavily Contaminated And Deformed, With Broken Joints And Accumulations Of Humus, It Is Not Subject To Repair And In Its Current State Makes The Football Field Unusable; - The Surface Drainage Is Clogged With Humus And Organic Deposits, Which Leads To The Impossibility Of Draining Rainwater; - The Geotextile Membrane Separating The Dynamic Layer From The Drainage Base Is Compromised And Blocked, Which Further Complicates Water Filtration; - The Drainage Layers In A Depth Of About 30 Cm Have Lost Their Water Permeability Due To The Overlay Of Fine Dust Particles And Biological Elements; - The Surface Drainage System Does Not Function Effectively, And Part Of The Water Is Retained In The Area Of ​​The Dynamic Foundation. In This Condition, The Sports Facility Is Unusable. To Restore The Operability Of The Football Field And Ensure Conditions For A Safe Training Process, The Following Activities Are Required: - Removal Of The Existing Artificial Grass With Subsequent Collection And Removal Of The Worn Materials; - Excavation And Removal Of The Existing Drainage Layers At A Depth Of 30 Cm, Which Have Lost Their Permeability, Including The Geotextile Membrane; - Laying A New Drainage Layer Of Washed Crushed Stone Fraction And A New Layer Of Geotextile With A Density ≥ 100 G/M²; - Restoration Of The Dynamic Foundation And Leveling Of The Pavement According To Design Elevations; - Delivery And Installation Of Artificial Grass.
