A Selected Artist Will Receive A Commission To Design, Fabricate, And Install A Multi-Element Public Artwork In The Median Of The Highway 3 Underpass On 13Th Street, One Of The Four Major Roadways Linking North And South Lethbridge. The Artwork Is Intended To Bring Interest And Vibrancy Into A Space That Has As A Reputation Of Being More Utilitarian Than Inviting.
