The Goal Is To Find A Solution That Requires Little Or No Infrastructure On Site And If There Is A Need For Infrastructure, It Should Not Need An External Power Supply To Operate. The Agency Wishes To Equip Itself With Accessible Digital Solutions For The Payment Of Different Types Of Transactions In Connected, Limited Connectivity And Completely Off-Grid Environments. The Purpose Of This Rfi Is To Learn About Emerging Trends In These Types Of Digital Solutions, Their Effectiveness, Sustainability, Pricing Structure And The Risks Associated With Them, Both In Terms Of Application Security And Vandalism And Resistance To Canadian Weathering If Physical Payment Stations Are Used. Contents Of This Rfi This Request For Information (Rfi) Contains A Series Of Specific Questions Addressed To Industry. It Is A Preliminary Document Currently Under Development.
