General Procurement Notice for Hiring a Consultant to Conduct a Study on Developing Local Bond Markets in Liberia, including Green Issuances The Government of Liberia through the Ministry of Finance and Development Planning has received a grant in the amount of UA 1,000,000 Million (One Million UA) from the African Development Bank towards the cost of the Debt and Ownership Transparency Technical Assistance Project, (DOT-TAP) and it intends to apply part of the proceeds to payments for goods, non-consulting services and consulting services to be procured under this project.
