The Federal Real Estate Agency (Bima) Intends To Build A New Building With A Gross Floor Area Of Approx. 38,840 M2 For 762 Jobs On The Neighboring Property Of The Europahaus On Anhalter Straße (With A Property Size Of Approx. 9,944 M2). The New Building Is Being Constructed For Future Use By The Federal Ministry For Economic Cooperation And Development (Bmz) As Well As For Additional Space For Further Ministerial Use. The General Planning Services For The Project Will Be Awarded To Another Contractor Following A Europe-Wide Rpw Realization Competition (Eu Contract Announcement 395950-2024 Or 403193-2024 From July 1, 2024).
