It Services: Consulting, Software Development, Internet And Support – Ams Sap S4/Hana. The Applications (See Appendices) Are Operated On The Basis Of Itil-Oriented Processes. The Aim Is To Ensure That Ewes Supply Of Application Management Services Is Tailored To Needs, Secure In Its Provision And Efficient. For This Purpose, An Operating Contract Specifically Tailored To Itil Service Provision As Well As Service Certificates Are Agreed For Each Individual Application If Necessary. The Required Quantity And Quality Of The Services Are Specified In The Respective Service Certificates. The Description Of The Services To Be Provided Can Be Found In The Appendices. The Service Provided To Ewe Must Be In German.
