This Contract Concerns The Provision Of The Service Of Carrying Out, Sending And Processing And Analyzing Surveys Relating To: - The Solidarity Rent Supplement (Sls) Every Year – Article L 441-9 Of The Construction And Housing Code - The Occupation Of Social Park (Ops) Every Two Years - Article L 442-5 Of The Construction And Housing Code And This, For All Tenants Of The Adjudicating Authority (Antin Residences And Cph Arcade Vyv). These Surveys Must Make It Possible To Provide The Elements Of Information Necessary For The Management Of Calculations Of Sls, Flat-Rate Sls And The Production Of Statistics On Social Occupancy Of The Real Estate Stock By The Adjudicating Authority. The Purpose Of This Contract Is To Carry Out These Surveys Within The Stock Of Approximately 23,000 Housing Units Managed For The Ops, With A Volume Of Nearly 11,000 Households Subject To The Sls Survey. These Figures Are Given For Information Only And Do Not Represent A Contractual Commitment On The Part Of The Contracting Authority.
