The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 And 1A To The Specification. 3. The Ordering Party Anticipates The Need To Transfer Intellectual Property Rights To The Completed Subject Of The Order. A Detailed Description Of The Contractual Conditions Is Included In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex 2 To The Specification. 4.
