Prequalifications are invited for Capacity Development, Sensitization and Awareness. COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Interested firms are to collect the Prequalification and Tender Documents from the Procurement Unit at Kano State Polytechnic upon payment of a non-refundable fee of N10,000.00 (Ten Thousand Naira) through Remita in any Commercial Bank of their choice. Evidence of such payment is to be presented at the cash office, Bursary Department for official receipt which is to be presented at the point of collection of the SBDS between 10:00am4pm, MondaysFridays, please. 5. SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Prospective bidders are to submit two (2) hard copies of the Technical and Financial Bids (original and photocopy) packaged separately in sealed envelopes and clearly marked Prequalification and Tender. Thereafter, put the two sealed envelopes and addressed to: The Registrar, Kano State Polytechnic, PMB 3401, BUK Road, Kofar Gadon Kaya, Kano and clearly marked with the name of the project. Each of the envelopes must have the full address of the bidder at the reverse side of the envelope where the lot number and project name were written. Furthermore, the sealed and properly addressed envelope shall be dropped in the Tender Box situated in the Procurement Department not later than 12:00pm on Tuesday, 10th March, 2026. Kindly remember to sign the Bid Submission Register at the point of submission. 6. OPENING OF TENDER DOCUMENTS The Prequalification and Tender Documents shall be opened after the deadline for submission by 12:00pm on Tuesday, 10th March, 2026 in the Council Chamber, Kano State Polytechnic in the presence of the bidders or their representatives Civil society and interested member of the general public.
