Participation to the competition is open on equal conditions to all national companies or enterprises specialized in the field with a valid trading license. The Tender Document may be obtained from ActionAid email: [email protected] day after submission of the bank slip of non-refundable fee of ten thousand Rwanda francs (10,000 Frw) deposited to the account N° 100000509258/00040-0043097-62 of ActionAid opened at Bank of Kigali. The tender document will be available from 26/02/2026 after submitting the bank slip on email: [email protected] later thanone day after submission of the bank slip. The mandatory site visit is planned Wednesday on 4/03/2026 at 12:00 Pm. The visit will start from G.S Bukiro in Murundi Sector, Karongi District. Well prepared bids written in English language, properly bound, and presented in 2 copies of which, an original and 1 copy in sealed envelopes will be submitted to ActionAid Rwanda Head offices in Remera, KG 178 ST, 5 Amahoro Village, RUKIRI II Cell, Remera Sector, Gasabo District, Near Amahoro National Stadium next to RSSB/CSS Building on Thursday, 12/03/2026 at 10:30 AM.
