The Subject Of The Performance Of This Public Contract Is The Processing Of A Proposal For Complex Land Improvements (Hereinafter Referred To As Kopú) In The Cadastral Area Of Němčovice And The Adjacent Parts Of The Cadastral Areas Of Lhotka U Radnice, Kamenec U Radnice, Radnice U Rokycan And Újezd U Svatého Kříž, Including The Necessary Geodetic Works In The Accuracy Class Determined For The Renewal Of The Real Estate Cadastre By Decree No. 357/2013 Coll., On The Cadastre Real Estate (Cadastral Decree), As Amended (Hereinafter Referred To As Cadastral Decree). The Proposal Of The Kopú Will Be Processed In Such A Way That It Can Be Registered In The Real Estate Cadastre. The Work Will Serve As A Basis For The Land Offices Decision On The Approval Of The Proposal For Land Improvements And The Decision On The Exchange Or Transfer Of Ownership Rights. The Proposal For The Kopú Will Be Drawn Up According To A More Detailed Breakdown, Which Exactly Corresponds To The Requirements Set Out In Decree No. 13/2014 Coll., On The Procedure For Carrying Out Land Improvements And Requirements For The Proposal For Land Improvements, As Amended (Hereinafter Referred To As Decree No. 13/2014 Coll.). Kopú Will Be Solved With Special Attention To The Adjustment Of Water Management Conditions, Anti-Erosion And Anti-Flood Measures In Order To Protect The Inner Village Of The Municipality, Especially In The Southern Part Of The K.Ú. In The Case Of Torrential Rainfall, There Is A Rapid Onset Of Flood Flows, And The Limited Capacity Together With The Very Small Storage Capacity Of Sub-Basins Cause A Rapid Onset Of Floods With A High Flow Rate, Causing Flooding Of Parts Of The Village And Erosion Not Only On Agricultural Land. As Part Of Land Management, It Is Necessary To Design Effective Measures To Mitigate Erosion And Thus Promote Greater Safety Against The Effects Of Floods. The Village Of Němčovice Is Located In The Territory Of The Pilsen Region, In The Rokycany District, Orp Rokycany. The Village Is Located 3 Km Northwest Of The Town Of Radnice And 30 Km Northeast Of Pilsen. The Village Has Approximately 195 Inhabitants. The First Written Mention Of The Village Dates Back To 1240. The Village Is Located At An Average Altitude Of 395 M.A.S.L. The Village Is Located In A Climate Zone That Corresponds To The Moderately Warm Climate Zone Mt2. The Average Annual Temperature Is 7 - 8°C. The Average Annual Rainfall Is 600-700 Mm. The Growing Season Is Medium-Long, Suitable For Growing Cereals, Potatoes And Fodder. The Entire Cadastral Territory Of The Municipality Of Němčovice (Code 703087), Excluding The Built-Up And Buildable Territory Of The Municipality, Will Be Included In The Envisaged District Of Complex Land Development. Furthermore, The District Will Also Include Connected Parts Of The C.Ú. Lhotka U Radnice, C.Ú. Alumnec U Radnice, C.Ú. City Hall At Rokycan, C.Ú. Visit To The Holy Cross. The Estimated Size Of The Area To Be Resolved In Kopú Němčovice Is 132 Ha (Resolved + Unsolved Land).
