The City Of Rastatt Intends To Commission The Implementation Of A Process-Oriented Organizational Investigation. The Organizational Investigation Should Take Place In The Following Phases: - 12-Month Development Phase In Which The Basics Are Developed. This Includes The Start Of The Project, The Conception And The Qualification Of The Organization. During The Development Phase, 20 Processes Are To Be Examined And Optimized. - This Is Followed By A Four-Year Expansion Phase To Document, Analyze And Optimize Processes. In Each Of These Four Years, 40 Processes (A Total Of 160 Processes) Should Be Examined. Once The Organizational Investigation Has Been Completed, Process Management Should Also Be Permanently Implemented As A Tool In The City Of Rastatt.
