Architectural And Related Services – Renovation Of The Gemünden Primary School, Lot 1 - Property Planning And Construction Supervision Services For Buildings And Open Spaces. The Subject Of This Award Procedure Is The Planning Services Required For The Renovation Of The Property Planning Of Buildings And Open Spaces In Accordance With Section 34 Hoai In Conjunction With Appendix 10 Including The Associated Open Space Planning, Each In Service Phases 1-9. A Gradual Commissioning Is Planned. Service Phases 1-4 (Service Level 1), I.E. Up To Approval Planning, Should Be Commissioned First And Then Service Phases 5-9 (Service Level 2). There Is No Legal Entitlement To An Assignment That Goes Beyond Service Level 1. The Services Are Advertised In Batches As Follows: Lot 1 - Property Planning Services For Buildings In Accordance With Section 34 Hoai In Conjunction With Appendix 10 Including The Associated Outdoor Areas, Each In Service Phases 1-9. Lot 2 - Planning Services For Structural Planning In Accordance With § 51 Hoa In Conjunction With Appendix 14, Service Phases 1-6 Performance Time: Completion Of The Approval Planning By The End Of August 2026 At The Latest. Construction Begins By March 2027 At The Latest. Completion Of The Overall Measure (Including Final Invoice) By The End Of May 2028 At The Latest. The Project Is Funded By Public Funds. Compliance With The Funding Requirements Must Be Ensured At All Times. The Funding Notice Is Part Of The Procurement Documents. With Regard To The Description Of The Service, The Client Is Guided By The Service Profile Of The Hoai 2021. The Contract Regulates Further Details.
