The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Preparation Of Project Documentation For The Implementation Of Construction Within The Framework Of The Clients Plan, The Aim Of Which Is The Comprehensive Revitalization Of The Immovable Cultural Monument Břeclav Castle. For This Project, The Client Has Project Documentation For The Issuance Of A Building Permit (Hereafter Referred To As Pdsp), On The Basis Of Which A Final Building Permit Was Issued For The Construction Of Břeclav Castle - Revitalization Of The Immovable Cultural Monument Břeclav, Břeclav Castle. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Preparation Of Follow-Up Project Documentation For The Implementation Of The Construction, In Two Stages: - Stage 1 On The Preparation Of The Project Documentation For The Implementation Of The Construction (Hereinafter Referred To As Pdps) Within The Scope Of The Soutoku House Of Nature Visitor Center Based On The Pdsp And The Architectural Concept Of The House Of Nature Exhibition. - Stage 2 (The Subject Of A Reserved Change According To § 100, Paragraph 1 Zzvz) On The Preparation Of The Pdsp In The Remaining Scope Of The Comprehensive Revitalization Of The Immovable Cultural Monument Břeclav Castle Defined By The Prepared Pdsp (For More Details, See Paragraph 3.3 Of The Tender Documentation). Part Of The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Also The Performance Of Copyright Supervision During The Implementation Of Construction Works In Relation To The Prepared Pdps. Project Documentation Will Be Processed In Accordance With Valid Legal Regulations And Technical Standards. The Following Sub-Activities Are Part Of The Scope Of The Public Contract Performance: A) Preparation Of Project Documentation For Construction Implementation (Pdps) And Cooperation In The Selection Of The Construction Contractor • Updating Of Documents For The Processing Of Project Documentation For Construction Implementation (Hereinafter Referred To As Pdps) With Regard To The Construction Work Performed Since The Pdsp Was Processed. • Updating And Mutual Coordination Of The Design Of The Functional, Operational And Spatial Solution Of The Pdsp With Regard To The Current State Of The Object, Including Cooperation With The Pdsp Developer. • Carrying Out A Control Technical Survey Of The Wooden Ceiling Structures Of The West Wing Of Břeclav Castle. • Development Of A Pdps, Which Will Include An Inventory Of Construction Works, Supplies And Services With A Statement Of Dimensions. The Documentation Will Be Processed In Detail To Enable The Preparation Of Bids In The Follow-Up Procurement Procedure For The Construction Contractor And Will Be In Accordance With Act No. 134/2016 Coll., On The Award Of Public Contracts, As Amended. • Ensuring Continuous Discussion Of The Pdps Processed With The Relevant State Administration Authorities, In Particular With The Monument Preservation Authority, Fire Protection Authority And Nature Protection Authority, Or With Other Affected State Administration Authorities And Technical Infrastructure Network Administrators, Depending On The Extent Of Changes To The Originally Approved Pdsp Solution. • Ensuring The Issuing Of Consenting Opinions Of The Monument Preservation Authority And The Fire Protection Authority On The Processed Pdps, Or Of Other Relevant State Administration Authorities Concerned. • Providing Cooperation To
