The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is The Acceptance Of Mixed Municipal Waste (Code 200301) From The Contracting Authority, Or From An Authorized Person Designated By The Contracting Authority, And Ensuring Its Use Or Disposal. The Expected Total Volume Of Waste Is 20,000 T/Year. The Subject Of Performance Is Not The Collection Of Mixed Municipal Waste From Individual Containers. Waste Collection In The Territory Of The Statutory City Of Liberec Is Provided For The Client By An Authorized Person On The Basis Of The Existing Contractual Relationship. The Waste Must Be Accepted On The Territory Of The Statutory City Of Liberec. All Possible Transport Of Accepted Waste Outside The Territory Of The Statutory City Of Liberec Is Provided By The Selected Supplier At Its Own Expense And With Its Own Resources.
