The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Service Of Carrying Out Max. 210 Training Courses Learning How To Program And Build Educational Robots And Developing A Set Of Training Materials For Trainers Conducting Training In The Form Of, Among Others, E-Presentations And For Training Participants In The Form Of E-Scripts And Video Materials. The Subject Of The Order Is: 1) Development Of A Detailed Training Program For The Attached Framework Program Learning How To Program And Build Educational Robots Along With The Schedule Of Teaching Material For This Program; 2) Development Of A Detailed Training Program Mentioned In Point. 1) A Set Of Training Materials For Trainers Conducting Training In The Form Of, Among Others: E-Presentations And For Training Participants In The Form Of E-Scripts And Video Material - 10-Hour Training Videos; 3) Conducting Training For A Maximum Of 210 Training Groups Based On 1) And 2); 4) Conducting A Test Developed By The Contractor In Each Training Group To Check The Knowledge Acquired By The Participants During The Training. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Conduct Training For No Less Than 175 Groups. In Such A Case, The Contractor Will Not Submit Any Claims In Connection With The Limitation Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In The Annex To The Swz. The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Supplemented By The Provisions Of The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract. The Ordering Party Obliges The Contractor To Take Care Of The Natural Environment By, Among Others, Eliminating The Use Of Single-Use Items Made Of Plastics, Refraining From Using Disposable Packaging, Bags, Nets And Bags Made Of Polyolefin Plastics, Using Materials That Come From Recycling Or Are Subject To Recycling In The Performance Of The Contract, Etc.
