The Subject Of The Award Is The Operation Of 5 Exchange Offices And 5 Foreign Currency Atms At Düsseldorf Airport (Dus). Specifically, It Is Intended To Allocate Rental Space As Well As The Right And Obligation To Operate Money Exchanges And Foreign Currency Atms (Fx Atms) In The Terminal Area Of Düsseldorf Airport. The Concessionaire Provides All Services In Connection With The Establishment, Operation, Management And Further Development Of Exchange Offices And Fx Atms To Provide Foreign Currency Services To Passengers, Visitors, Employees And Other Users Of The Airport On Its Own Responsibility And At Its Own Economic Risk. This Includes, In Particular, The Sale And Purchase Of Foreign Currencies, The Provision Of Cash In Different Currencies Via Atms And Related Services. The Concessionaire Is Obliged To Provide A High Quality, Customer-Oriented And Competitive Range Of Services That Meet The Requirements Of An International Commercial Airport And The Needs Of An International Clientele. The Services Must Be Integrated Into The Overall Strategy And Quality Standards Of Düsseldorf Airport And Must Contribute To Ensuring A Consistent Customer Journey And A Positive Customer Experience.
